Is it still possible to get a decently priced beer at Nana Plaza? Check out Mercury on the second floor.

A bar called Mercury Club was previously located on the left side of the second floor, somewhere in a corner and difficult to find. Apparently the bar has relocated to a site on the right. Go up the escalator on the right side of the Nana Plaza atrium, and turn right immediately on exiting the escalator. Mercury is right in front of you. It seems to occupy part of the prior location of Silver Dragon bar.

When relocating, all the furniture and the dancing stage was apparently moved to the new location.
Mercury is a small bar, with a small dancing stage (about 6 or 7 girls) located in the center of the bar. The furniture and dancing stage are a bit in disrepair. There are about 15 girls in total, and they are eager to approach you when you enter. Some of them are actually cute.

Realizing its relatively poor location, the size of the bar, and the less than flashy furniture and lighting, the bar promotes itself with its cheap drinks.
Singha beer, Heineken beer and Chang beer (all in bottles) go for 90 baht, soft drinks are actually more expensive at 100 baht, while lady drinks (as well as short drinks) go for 120 baht.

If you need a few cheap drinks to get in the mood for your exploration of Nana Plaza, Mercury is a good place to start.
